I am a visual artist whose work is rooted in a sense of place. This can include documenting a coastal landscape from shoreline to sky or the interior of a church building. My process involves printmaking, drawing, painting, photography, textiles and site-specific installations as artist in residence. I am a close observer of the natural world, especially of the Orkney landscape where my studio is based on the island of Westray.
